When the unique solution has been identified and the key stakeholders are commited to the solution and the changes have been properly communicated, it is time to implement this solution in your organisation.  Don't be satisfied with average results. Focus on significant improvements.

When you get the ball rolling and see first positive results, the next most important step is  to keep the focus and ensure momentum, so the whole organisation accepts the change and it becomes a new reality.

Whenever a change is made it is indispensable to set up key performance indicators and frequently evaluate the project portfolio, to identify main issues and to only invest time and energy in eliminating those issues. Never stop improving.
